I have a harbor breeze 52in crosswinds ceiling fan that is not working.

If the remote is sending a signal check to see if the fan and the remote are set to the same frequencies.
They need to be set the same way on both the fan and the remote.

Then you need to check the reverse switch to put them forward or reverse to check if it works.
Is your remote light staying on despite you not pressing any buttons.
If the fan is not turning on but the lights of the remote are on then there is a problem with the fan.
Check for any pressed down buttons on your remote and press them again to loosen them and the light to go off.
If your fan works but lights dont.
2 check bulb wattage make sure watts do no exceed 190 watts total in upper.
