With the decision to hold fall 2020 semester courses on line all student event bookings for this academic year through events venues have been cancelled and new requests currently cannot be submitted. At the multicultural student services center mssc we understand the importance of space for our students and their student organizations for academic and student life purposes such as study hours student meetings events and workshops. Reservations may be placed up to two weeks in advance. Classroom scheduling is done on a priority basis. Gw students living on campus during the fall 2020 semester can reserve study spaces in the marvin center and district house.

The grand ballroom is located on the third floor of the marvin center and hosts a variety of events. The dimension of the space is 78 feet by 50 feet and can hold up to 500 people. Academic classes based on size of the class and any special classroom needs. Students can use these spaces in single two hour increments per day during the building s open hours.

Registered student organizations who wish to rent a classroom must submit a room reservation request the requestor must be an authorized scheduler.
