Ffd grant funds are available on a first come first served basis. Counseling is online and can be completed at your convenience in the comfort of your home. The 2020 ffd funding round is now closed. Our mobile application allows.

The first front door ffd program provides eligible first time homebuyers with matching down payment funds up to 5 000. In other words get pre approved and have up to 6 months to shop for a home and close. The registration for the grant is valid for 6 months. The first front door program funding will open in march and close when funds are exhausted.

Ffd is subject to availability of funds. With ffd grants we match the qualified homebuyer s contribution for down payment and closing costs 3 to 1. The first front door ffd program was developed by the federal home loan bank of pittsburgh bank to address this funding need by providing a direct subsidy which can be used to help qualified low to moderate income homebuyers make down payments and pay closing costs. The first front door program requires registration through a member bank or lender.
